About the role#
This summer internship offers a hands-on look at the aircraft completion and delivery process. You will work directly with the outfitting and delivery team to support new aircraft projects and ensure they meet quality standards. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Savannah, Georgia.
What you'll do#
- Shadow team leaders during the outfitting and delivery phases of new aircraft.
- Monitor the progress of aircraft builds and completions.
- Assist with aircraft inspections and cold soak flights.
- Prepare documentation for delivery, including passenger briefing cards, aircraft models, and subscription applications.
- Collaborate with internal departments to research and address specific customer requests.
- Help prepare the completion package used for engineering and construction.
- Develop tools for the Customer Delivery Executive and Associate teams.
- Build your knowledge of aircraft systems and the company product line.
- Complete special projects as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a full-time student pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in Communications, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- Completion of your sophomore year prior to the start of the internship.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- A detail-oriented approach and a strong customer service mindset.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and presentation software.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
