About the role#
This internship is a 10-week summer program designed to provide hands-on experience in life sciences consulting. You will work within our Health Segment to support pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, and diagnostic companies. You will be paired with a buddy to help navigate the firm while you contribute to real client projects. This role involves analytical, creative, and interpersonal work to help our teams deliver solutions to complex industry challenges.
What you'll do#
- Partner with clients to deliver solutions for product planning, pricing, reimbursement, commercialization, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams on client engagements and internal projects.
- Contribute to analyses and deliverables that are visible to our clients.
- Interview physicians, payers, and other healthcare thought leaders.
- Gather and analyze medical literature, market reports, and databases.
- Develop strategic frameworks to communicate complex ideas clearly.
- Participate in document writing, production, and client presentations.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program.
- Must be enrolled through Fall 2027 and graduate by Summer 2028.
- Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
- Preferred academic backgrounds include Biology, Business Administration, Biomedical Engineering, Economics, Finance, Public Health, or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
- Demonstrated interest in life sciences consulting.
- Strong critical thinking, creativity, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in data collection, organization, and quantitative analysis.
- Ability to use PowerPoint and Excel to think and present information graphically.
- High level of motivation and initiative.
