About the role#
As a MiField Agronomy Intern, you will work under the direction of the Area Agronomy Manager. This role focuses on turning data into insights to support our go-to-market strategy. You will gain hands-on experience with precision farming, customer interaction, and in-field trial evaluations while working alongside crop specialists.
What you'll do#
- Inspect customer crop fields regularly to monitor MiField trials.
- Analyze MiField imagery and provide data support.
- Complete tissue sampling for trial fields and other areas as needed.
- Operate field research and crop monitoring equipment.
- Use drone and satellite imagery to collect data.
- Discuss results and recommendations with customers.
- Follow all safety, EHS, OSHA, and DOT policies.
What you'll need#
- At least one year of college experience in an agriculture-related degree program.
- A valid driver's license.
- The ability to work extended hours when the season requires it.

- Location: Effingham, Illinois.
- This is a paid, full-time, on-site internship.
- The term is rolling.
