About the role#
This internship provides training and assistance with energy operations at Insight FS. You will learn the foundations of the industry and the GROWMARK system while preparing for future career opportunities. This is a paid, full-time position.
What you'll do#
- Assist with facility and equipment maintenance and repair.
- Perform installation, leak checks, and tank leveling.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Work outdoors in various conditions.
- Grow your knowledge of the energy sector and business operations.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a degree or certification in agriculture, mechanics, welding, or a related field.
- Good academic standing.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a CDL license, a valid medical card, and a satisfactory driving record.
- Strong communication skills and a focus on customer service.
- Ability to travel independently and stay overnight when necessary.
- Capability to lift 51-70 pounds and work at heights or in extreme weather.
