About the role#
Group Management Services, Inc. is hiring a Sales Intern to gain experience in B2B sales. This is a paid, full-time, on-site role based in Mt Laurel Township. Interns receive mentorship from Outside Sales Reps and managers, with training focused on negotiation, objection handling, and closing. Successful completion of the internship provides consideration for a full-time Outside Sales Representative role after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Prospect, qualify leads, and build a sales pipeline.
- Generate new business leads through regular cold calling.
- Create presentation materials for Outside Sales Reps.
- Shadow sales meetings with prospective business owners.
- Research competitors and CRM support tools.
- Participate in departmental training to learn the GMS business model.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program for Sales, Business, or Entrepreneurship.
- A competitive, resilient, and coachable mindset.
Location & details#
- Location: Mt Laurel Township, New Jersey.
- Work Modality: On-site, Monday through Friday, 8-hour day shifts.
- Compensation: $18-$20 per hour plus performance incentives.
