About the role#
Group Management Services, Inc. is hiring a Sales Intern to gain hands-on experience in B2B sales. This is a paid position based in Morrisville, North Carolina. You will work alongside Outside Sales Representatives and managers to learn the fundamentals of our business and sales process. Successful interns may be considered for a full-time Outside Sales Representative role after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Prospect, qualify leads, and build a sales pipeline.
- Conduct cold calls to generate new business opportunities.
- Create presentation materials for the sales team.
- Shadow meetings with prospective business owners.
- Research competitors and tools that support our CRM.
- Attend departmental training sessions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program, preferably in Sales, Business, or Entrepreneurship.

Location & details#
- Location: Morrisville, North Carolina.
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8-hour day shifts.
- Compensation: $18 to $20 per hour plus performance incentives.
