About the role#
This internship provides an immersion into the multifamily construction industry. You will work on multimillion-dollar projects while gaining hands-on experience as part of our in-house general contractor team. The program runs for 10 weeks, from June 2, 2027, to August 6, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Assist the project team with site management, subcontractor coordination, and inspections of completed work.
- Manage project controls, including requests for information, submittals, document management, change management, and quality control.
- Participate in project planning meetings and reviews.
- Help the preconstruction team perform quantity take offs, develop bid packages, solicit bids, and prepare estimates.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a bachelor's degree program in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related major.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2029.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and project management skills.
- Ability to track, report, and manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Attention to detail and a focus on quality.
- Ability to communicate and work effectively in a team environment with owners, architects, and subcontractors.
