About the role#
As a Technology Transformation Intern, you will perform advisory and implementation services to address business needs. You will work alongside senior executives and peers as a member of the engagement team. This role provides an opportunity to learn new skill sets, participate in office community activities, and build professional relationships.
What you'll do#
- Analyze client capabilities, technologies, and processes to identify opportunities for change.
- Build and analyze financial models and complex budgets.
- Analyze complex quantitative and qualitative data and synthesize output.
- Assist leadership with proposal development and presentations.
- Contribute to the development of client deliverables.
- Communicate effectively with senior audiences.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum overall GPA of 3.0/4.0.
- Demonstrated digital fluency through the effective use of technology, data, and basic AI technologies.
- Ability to travel to various client sites as needed on short notice.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Location & details#
- Location: Kansas City, Missouri.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: Hybrid, with in-person attendance required at least three days per week at a firm office or client site.
- Compensation: $37 per hour.
- Employment type: Full-time.
