About the role#
As a Finance Transformation Intern, you will contribute to business process analysis and help clients meet their long-term business goals. You will work with project teams to identify transformation opportunities, analyze client challenges, and develop effective solutions. This role focuses on optimizing finance functions, including process-related and reporting models, to streamline operations and meet business needs.
What you'll do#
- Assess client finance operations and processes to identify transformation opportunities.
- Support project teams in helping clients work toward their long-term business goals.
- Assist with analyzing client challenges and contribute to the development of effective solutions.
- Participate in client meetings and support day-to-day project activities.
- Collaborate with team members to help identify and address client questions, issues, and needs.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Business Economics, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Minimum overall GPA of 3.0/4.0.
- Demonstrated digital fluency through the effective use of technology, data, and basic AI technologies.
- Experience in data analysis, including the ability to interpret complex financial datasets.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship.
Location & details#
- Location: Chicago, Illinois.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: Hybrid, with in-person attendance required at least three days per week at a firm office or client site.
- Compensation: $37 per hour.
- Employment type: Full-time.
