    About the role#

    This is a full-time Quality Engineering Co-op position based in Rogers, Minnesota. The role runs from January through August 2027. You will work on-site at the David Koch Center. This position is paid, with an hourly rate between $21.00 and $28.00 depending on your skills and experience. Please note that this role does not offer immigration sponsorship.

    What you'll do#

    • Compare documented Quality Management System processes with actual practices across facilities.
    • Use structured problem-solving tools to support improvement efforts.
    • Help with process mapping, documentation, and the standardization of key quality tasks.
    • Test and develop new quality engineering tools to improve consistency.
    • Analyze data to assist with root cause investigations and corrective actions.
    • Collaborate with the team to identify process alignment and efficiency gains.
    • Support the Quality team by adapting to shifting priorities.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s program for Mechanical, Industrial, Quality, or Manufacturing Engineering.
    • A minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work both independently and within a team.
    • Prior experience in a manufacturing or quality-focused role is preferred.
    • Familiarity with ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems.
    • Exposure to structured problem-solving methods like DMAIC or PDAC.
    • Experience using process mapping or workflow documentation tools.
