About the role#
Graco offers a rolling internship program for students interested in product marketing and business strategy. You will work alongside experienced product managers and marketing teams to support long-term growth initiatives. This role provides hands-on experience in a professional environment, with opportunities to contribute to real business projects and present your findings to leadership.
What you'll do#
- Conduct secondary market research and analyze competitive landscapes.
- Help develop market segmentation strategies and assist with voice of customer efforts.
- Perform historical sales analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Participate in the design, development, and launch processes for new products.
- Create and develop digital assets, marketing collateral, and training materials.
- Assist with targeted advertising campaigns and B2B eCommerce competitive audits.
- Present project recommendations and findings to the Executive Leadership Team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Sophomore or Junior in a Marketing or Business degree program.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks.
- Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to work hands-on.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

- Compensation: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour.
