    About the role#

    Graco is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Intern to join our team in Erie, Pennsylvania. This position supports our High Pressure Equipment division by applying engineering coursework to real-world projects. You will work as a team member to provide technical input and analysis on manufacturing processes.

    What you'll do#

    • Provide general production support for machining and assembly areas.
    • Troubleshoot issues and provide technical assistance through hands-on work.
    • Evaluate the need for machine or assembly area upgrades.
    • Assist with capital equipment justification.
    • Review operational layouts and standards to suggest improvements.
    • Select and implement tooling and fixtures for production jobs.
    • Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action to improve quality.
    • Report man-hour estimates and react to changing priorities.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program for Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
    • A minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
    • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Mechanical aptitude and a desire for hands-on work.
    • Experience with CAD software such as AutoCAD.
    • Experience with 3D printers.
    • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

    • Location: Erie, Pennsylvania.
    • Work modality: On-site.
    • Employment type: Full-time.
    • Compensation: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour.
