About the role#
The Digital Marketing Intern will join the Search Optimization and Digital Content team for the summer of 2027. This role focuses on building foundational skills in content strategy and digital marketing through hands-on work. You will contribute to active campaigns and content initiatives, concluding your internship with a presentation of your work to the Executive Leadership Team.
What you'll do#
- Draft and format web and email content based on project briefs.
- Conduct keyword research to support paid media campaigns.
- Assist the Search team in reviewing copy and page structure for SEO best practices.
- Support content entry and basic authoring tasks.
- Perform SEO audits and suggest new content to drive site traffic.
- Present your project findings to the Executive Leadership Team.
- Handle other duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- You are a sophomore or junior pursuing a degree in Marketing or Business at an accredited university.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale is desired.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- The ability to work independently on assigned projects.
- You must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent and unrestricted basis. This position does not provide immigration sponsorship.

- This is a full-time, paid internship located on-site in Rogers, Minnesota.
- The term for this position is Summer 2027.
