About the role#
This Accounting Intern position supports the Credit and Shared Services team at Graco. You will gain exposure to shared service accounting and finance departments while working on projects that contribute to business operations. This is a full-time, paid role based in Anoka, Minnesota.
What you'll do#
- Analyze department metrics to identify opportunities for ideal utilization.
- Support projects related to ERP conversion and data integrity.
- Assist with the implementation of the cash automation system.
- Help credit representatives manage customer debits.
- Collaborate with cash application specialists to align deductions and repayments.
- Communicate with customers via phone or email.
- Take on additional special projects as needed.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a sophomore or junior in college.
- A major or concentration in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
- Strong PC skills, specifically with MS Excel.
- Ability to organize tasks and prioritize your workload.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on detail.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
