About the role#
The Co-op Program offers students a chance to gain hands-on experience in sales, parts administration, and service operations at our dealership. This is a paid, full-time position that runs on a rolling basis for a semester or the school year.
What you'll do#
- Take on project assignments across sales, parts, and service departments.
- Complete training related to dealership operations.
- Shadow team members to learn about different roles within the company.
What you'll need#
- An interest in agricultural work.
- Basic knowledge of database software and standard computer applications.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- You must be at least 16 years of age.

- This role is based on-site in Velva, North Dakota.
- This is a full-time, paid position.
