About the role#
We are looking for a Microsoft 365 SharePoint Intern to join our IT team for the Summer 2027 term. You will gain hands-on experience supporting our Microsoft 365 environment, focusing on SharePoint Online, collaboration tools, and process improvement. You will work alongside professionals supporting the development of a Formula 1 power unit.
What you'll do#
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, and OneDrive.
- Create and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, permissions, and content.
- Organize and upload content while working with internal stakeholders.
- Manage user access, roles, permissions, and Microsoft 365 licenses.
- Monitor system performance, conduct audits, and document your findings.
- Develop automated workflows and business solutions using Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 and SharePoint issues.
- Write technical documentation, procedures, diagrams, and user training materials.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Interest in Microsoft 365 technologies, specifically SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and the Power Platform.
- A basic understanding of IT systems, cloud technologies, or collaboration platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and work well with internal teams.
- Experience or coursework involving Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure, or AWS is preferred.
- Familiarity with Power Automate, Power Apps, or PowerShell is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity, data governance, or compliance concepts.

- Physical requirements: Ability to move through diverse operational environments, including race shops and commercial facilities, which may include loud or high-traffic areas.
