About the role#
Our Technology Innovation Lab is looking for interns to join us for the Summer 2027 term. You will focus on research and development projects that apply new technologies to the financial industry. This role involves prototyping solutions and contributing to lab initiatives that address complex financial challenges through advanced technology.
What you'll do#
- Research, evaluate, and experiment with computational learning technologies to assess their business impact.
- Collaborate with data engineers, statisticians, and application developers to highlight emerging technology capabilities.
- Work with IT counterparts and business partners to integrate and deploy computational learning within applications.
- Participate in an 11-week program featuring project work, networking, and career development.
What you'll need#
- Current student pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Junior or Senior classification is preferred, with at least one semester remaining upon the start of the internship.
- Minimum 3.0 overall GPA.
- Basic programming skills in Python, JavaScript.NET, or Java.
- Interest in AI, Machine Learning, Big Data Analytics, and serverless computing.
- Ability to use AI tools like Microsoft Copilot and evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, bias, and compliance.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.

- Location: Arlington, Texas.
- Modality: Hybrid (2 days per week in office).
- Term: Summer 2027 (May 26th to August 6th).
- Status: Full time, paid internship.
