About the role#
This summer internship offers students the chance to gain experience in the Credit Review field. You will work on projects involving data analytics, reporting, and fraud detection. The program runs for 11 weeks and includes networking, career development, and project work.
What you'll do#
- Investigate loan originations for fraud or misrepresentation by reviewing documentation and systems.
- Apply corporate policies and research to identify loan origination deficiencies.
- Identify weaknesses in origination processes and recommend changes.
- Assist in the development and support of models, analysis, and reporting for credit and collection activities.
- Monitor, analyze, and summarize compliance with origination policies.
- Create reports for management with recommendations for business operations and internal controls.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program or higher in Finance or a related analytical major.
- A minimum 3.0 overall GPA.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to business leaders.
- Analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently or within a team.
- Proficiency in using AI tools like Microsoft Copilot to support daily tasks.
- Experience evaluating AI outputs for accuracy, bias, and compliance.
- Understanding of responsible AI use, including ethics and data protection.

- Work Modality: Hybrid (two days per week in office).
