About the role#
As a Process Integration Intern, you will support the development of advanced CMOS devices using FinFET and FDSOI technologies. You will work on improving device performance, technology yield, and electrical parameters. This role involves using data systems to identify issues and contributing to continuous improvement plans.
What you'll do#
- Use structured problem-solving methods like DOE and FMEA.
- Collaborate with device, process module, and characterization teams.
- Assist with new project introduction and characterization tasks.
- Prioritize work based on business needs and coordinate with your team.
- Follow all safety and EHSS requirements in every activity.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as at least a sophomore in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program for Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA and good academic standing.
- Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Coursework or research in semiconductor processing, device physics, process integration, or electrical characterization.
- Experience with data analysis, statistical methods, DOE, or FMEA.
- Strong planning, organizational, and project management skills.
- Interest in using AI tools to streamline workflows.
- Prior internship or co-op experience and demonstrated leadership are preferred.
