About the role#
The Wealth Advisory Intern position provides an opportunity to gain insight into the wealth and investment management businesses. This paid, full-time internship runs for 10 weeks from June to August 2027. You will participate in a program that includes networking events, a final group project, and social outings while working alongside managers and specialists.
What you'll do#
- Support a wide range of daily activities across the department.
- Perform tasks professionally while gaining exposure to wealth management operations.
- Work collaboratively with team members to address client needs.
- Engage in professional development through mentorship and career-focused projects.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor degree program as a rising senior, with a preference for Business Administration majors.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage tasks both independently and within a team.
- Excellent communication skills and a desire to work in a client-facing role.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

- This role is based in Wilmington, Delaware.
- The position follows a hybrid work model, requiring at least three days per week in the office.
