About the role#
The E&F Portfolio Management and Advisory Intern will join the Endowments and Foundations team for a 10-week summer program. This team serves as an Outsourced Chief Investment Officer for non-profit organizations. You will work with Investment Committees, Boards of Trustees, and staff to help these organizations reach their long-term investment goals. This is a full-time, paid internship.

- Support a wide range of daily activities within the department.
- Collaborate directly with managers and specialists across various career levels.
- Act and perform in a professional manner at all times.
- Gain exposure to wealth and investment management operations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor degree program with a status as a rising senior.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and produce accurate work.
- A self-motivated approach with a desire to work in a client-facing role.
- Ability to work effectively both within a team and independently.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Location & details#
- This role is based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
- The position follows a hybrid work model, requiring at least three days per week in the office.
- The program runs from June to August 2027.
