About the role#
As a Software Engineer intern, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of software solutions. You will take ownership of a scoped, high-impact project from start to finish. This includes defining the problem, writing a design, building the solution, and measuring the results.
What you'll do#
- Own a project end to end.
- Ship production-quality code that is reliable and maintainable.
- Participate in code reviews and provide iterative feedback.
- Contribute across the stack, including backend, infrastructure, security, UI, or ML/NLP/Search.
- Collaborate with team members and colleagues across the organization.
What you'll need#
- You are graduating in Fall 2026 or Spring 2027.
- You are pursuing a B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Computer Science or an equivalent program.
- You have prior internship experience in relevant areas.
- You possess a strong foundation in computer science and software development fundamentals.
- You are a team player with an owner mentality and a desire to learn.
- You are comfortable working in a data-driven environment.
Location & details#
- This is a paid, full-time internship for Summer 2027.
- The role is hybrid, requiring 4 days a week in either our Mountain View or San Francisco office.
