About the role#
We are looking for two interns to join our Austin team for the Fall 2026 term. This role provides hands-on experience within our private events division, Privée. You will work on talent discovery and the operational processes that support our network of musicians, speakers, and event vendors. One intern will focus on A&R and talent research, while the other will manage roster administration and database maintenance.
What you'll do#
- Research and source musicians, speakers, specialty performers, and event vendors.
- Organize talent information, media, contact details, and booking records.
- Review and correct existing roster information to keep our database accurate.
- Maintain and update performer and vendor profiles.
- Incorporate feedback and quality-control notes to refine our roster data.
What you'll need#
- A genuine interest in live music, entertainment, events, or hospitality.
- Strong research and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to your work.
- Comfort navigating online research and social media platforms.
- We welcome students from majors including Communications, Media Studies, Business Administration, Marketing, and Psychology.

- This is an unpaid internship for academic credit only.
