About the role#
As a Graduate Intern Architect, you will work alongside experienced architects, engineers, and designers to support the planning, design, and delivery of projects across a variety of sectors. This role provides exposure to diverse projects within the built environment, infrastructure, and community development. You will develop practical skills in design development, documentation, and project delivery while receiving mentorship and hands-on experience in a consulting environment.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to architectural design solutions using Revit.
- Create architectural drawings using AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
- Develop and apply a working knowledge of the Ontario Building Code.
- Design layouts and maps using BIM systems.
- Provide professional advice regarding construction regulations and best practice.
- Undertake building and technical surveys to identify conditions and risks.
- Participate in assessment and development planning activities.
- Support feasibility studies and document findings.
- Analyze bid solicitation project requirements.
- Help senior colleagues manage client and customer relationships.
What you'll need#
- A recent or upcoming degree in architecture, Architectural Engineering, or an equivalent field.
- Up to 2 years of related experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Revit, and CAD.
- Strong graphic presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- A proactive attitude and commitment to continuous professional development.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders.

- Locations: Toronto, Mississauga, or Waterloo, Ontario.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: Hybrid, with three days per week in the office.
