About the role#
The Events Intern works with the Events Coordinator and the Hospitality Department to plan, coordinate, and run company events. This role offers hands-on experience in event operations, logistics, and cross-departmental collaboration from the initial concept through to post-event follow-up. Please note that this is an unpaid, for-credit internship.
What you'll do#
- Assist with event planning, coordination, and on-site execution.
- Handle event setup, service, breakdown, and clean-up.
- Apply standard operating procedures during all phases of event management.
- Draft and manage event communications.
- Prepare meeting agendas, background materials, and documents.
- Collect and organize necessary materials for meetings and events.
- Create post-event reports and evaluations.
- Collaborate with the Hospitality, Marketing, and Creative teams.
- Participate in team meetings and support departmental projects.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit or recent completion of a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team.
- Ability to multitask.

- Location: Princeton, New Jersey.
- Modality: This is an on-site, full-time position.
- Term: Winter 2027.
