About the role#
We are looking for a Business Development Intern to support our commercial operations and strategic initiatives. You will help keep our commercial efforts organized, tracking customer engagements from initial conversations through contract execution. This role involves working across legal, engineering, finance, and executive teams to align priorities and maintain momentum on critical projects.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate customer, partner, and commercial activities across the business.
- Manage meeting logistics, including agendas, briefing materials, and follow-up action items.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, contract status, and business development opportunities.
- Gather information from engineering, legal, finance, and operations teams to support proposals and customer engagements.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing documents for leadership discussions.
- Track deliverables and deadlines across multiple concurrent projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as an undergraduate or graduate student in Business Administration, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
- Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and modern productivity tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with a high level of accuracy.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
- The role is based on-site in Los Angeles, California.
