About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to apply your classroom skills to programs that support national security. You will join a team of engineers to work on technical projects that contribute to the defense of our country. This is a paid, full-time position for the Summer 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with teams on technical projects.
- Apply your academic knowledge to real-world defense programs.
- Contribute to solutions that support national security missions.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited degree program in Computer, Systems, Software, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- A thorough understanding of engineering technology and principles.
- Preference is given to students with sophomore standing or higher.
- U.S. citizenship is required for this role.
Location & details#
- This position is based in Lakewood, Ohio.
- The role follows a hybrid schedule, with on-site work required Monday through Wednesday and telework options on Thursday and Friday.
- The pay rate for this position is $26.25 per hour.
