About the role#
This is a full-time Mechanical Engineering Technology Co-op position based in Louisville, Kentucky. You will work with a mentor to meet business goals while gaining hands-on experience in a professional manufacturing environment. The program runs during the Winter 2027 term and offers a hybrid work arrangement.
What you'll do#
- Complete technical assignments in Dimensional Controls and Metrology, Modeling, and Simulation.
- Perform hands-on work with 3D Scanning and Polyworks analysis.
- Learn about Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing and model-based definition.
- Participate in professional development and training sessions.
- Engage in networking events and community volunteer projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited bachelor's degree program or higher in Mechanical Engineering Technology.
- A graduation date of December 2027 or later.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
