About the role#
The Military DoD SkillBridge program provides active-duty service members the opportunity to gain civilian work experience during the final 180 days of service. This internship is for the Q4 2026 term. Participants continue to receive their military compensation and benefits throughout the duration of the program.
What you'll do#
Interns support various business units within GE Aerospace, including Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales and Marketing, Avionics, Business, General Aviation and Integrated Systems, Commercial Engines, Digital, and Finance. You will be granted the responsibility and authority to execute all assigned tasks within your designated department.
What you'll need#
- Active Military status.
- Ability to navigate online documents, drawings, and instructions using a personal computer.
- Prior experience working in a team-oriented environment.
- Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled information, which may require authorization from the U.S. Government for non-U.S. Persons.
