About the role#
GBA is hiring interns for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, on-site, paid internship based in Chesterfield, Missouri. You will work within the Transportation, Water Environment, or Civil Site departments. We offer rotational opportunities to help you explore different areas of engineering.
What you'll do#
- Work alongside industry experts in a collaborative environment.
- Use engineering software including Civil3D, AutoCAD, and MicroStation.
- Participate in rotational assignments to gain diverse experience.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a BS or MS program for Civil Engineering or a related field at an accredited school.
- A GPA of 2.7 or higher is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel is preferred.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Involvement in campus organizations, community service, or volunteer work.
- Prior internship or related experience is a plus.
