About the role#
Fuyao Group is hiring a part-time HR Recruiting Intern to help build our recruiting processes and team. You will work directly with our Recruiting and Staffing Manager to identify hiring needs and attract candidates. This is an on-site position based in Moraine, Ohio.
What you'll do#
- Design and implement recruiting strategies.
- Perform job and task analysis to document requirements.
- Create effective job postings and prepare recruitment materials.
- Source candidates using databases, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes and job applications.
- Conduct interviews using various selection tools.
- Assess applicant knowledge, skills, and aptitudes.
- Negotiate offers and promote company values.
- Facilitate pre-employment processes and assist with onboarding.
- Provide analytical recruiting reports.
- Build candidate relationships and promote the company brand.
What you'll need#
- At least 2 years of recruiting experience in a corporate or staffing firm setting.
- A BS or BA in business, human resources, or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of manufacturing software.
- Proficiency in behavioral and competency-based interviewing.
- Ability to source passive candidates through multiple methods.
- Strong decision-making, organizational, and planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret complex documents and instructions.
- Capability to interact effectively with team members and leadership.

- This role is located on-site in Moraine, Ohio.
- The position is part-time.
- This is a paid internship.
- Safety requirements include wearing safety glasses and steel-toed work shoes.
