About the role#
Frazier & Deeter is hiring for the Campus 2028 Summer Assurance Intern position. This full-time internship is based on-site in Atlanta, Georgia. You will join the team as an associate to gain experience with clients ranging from emerging businesses to large companies. You will work alongside professionals at all levels while receiving coaching and mentorship to support your professional growth.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with seniors and managers on client engagements across multiple industries.
- Build skills through hands-on experience with planning procedures, balance sheet and income statement testing, and audit reporting.
- Communicate with clients and internal teams to keep engagements on track.
- Travel to client locations for on-site work.
- Support special projects and department-wide initiatives.
- Build professional relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Participate in firm networking events and activities.
- Work with a performance manager to set career goals.
- Receive guidance and support from an assigned buddy.
What you'll need#
- Interest in pursuing a career in public accounting.
- Enrollment in an Accounting major.
- Ability to work collaboratively with engagement leaders, seniors, and managers.
- Strong communication skills for client and team interactions.
- Professionalism and the ability to build relationships.
