About the role#
As an Assurance Intern, you will work as a member of the engagement team. You will gain hands-on experience with clients ranging from emerging businesses to Fortune 500 companies. This role provides exposure to public accounting practices and involves working alongside professionals at all levels of the firm.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with engagement leaders, seniors, and managers on client engagements across different industries.
- Build skills in planning procedures, testing balance sheets and income statements, and audit reporting.
- Communicate with clients and internal teams to track engagement progress and deliverables.
- Contribute to special projects and department initiatives.
- Travel to client locations for on-site work.
- Build professional relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Participate in firm networking events and culture activities.
- Set career goals with a performance manager and work with a designated buddy for daily guidance.

- You are currently pursuing a career in public accounting.
