Job Description: We are seeking a motivated Project Coordinator (Co-op) to assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and requirements. This is a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project coordination and develop professional skills in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: As a Project Coordinator, you will: Support project managers in defining project scope, deliverables, and timelines. Document and monitor project risks, issues, and action plans. Assist in tracking project progress, budgets, and schedules. Help maintain communication with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure client satisfaction. Contribute to identifying opportunities for improvement and documenting lessons learned. Other duties as assigned. Preferred Qualifications: Currently pursuing a degree in engineering, business, or a related field. A proactive approach to problem-solving and learning. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Effective written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of AutoCAD/Inventor software. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Ability to travel to project sites occasionally, if required.
