Paid Advertising Intern

About the role#

Formlabs is seeking a Paid Advertising Intern to join the team for the Fall 2026 term. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Somerville, Massachusetts, focusing on performance marketing, conversion tracking, and digital strategy. You will support the team in scaling a presence across platforms including Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

What you'll do#

• Assist in the setup, launching, and monitoring of paid social campaigns.
• Collaborate with the design team to brainstorm ad concepts and creative strategy.
• Draft compelling ad copy tailored to different audiences and funnel stages.
• Pull weekly performance data to track key metrics such as click-through rates, return on ad spend, and cost per acquisition.
• Manage A/B testing on ad components, including headlines, visuals, and landing pages.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment or background in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their unique audience nuances.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in spreadsheets to interpret performance data.
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to create persuasive, concise ad copy.
• Curiosity regarding algorithmic changes and the evolving digital privacy landscape.

• Location: Somerville, MA (On-site).
• Term: Fall 2026 (September – December).
• Commitment: Full-time (40 hours per week).
• Compensation: This is a paid, salaried position with a bi-weekly pay range of $1,200 – $1,500 USD.
