Marketing Intern (Fall 2026)

About the role#

Formlabs is seeking a Paid Social Marketing Intern to support the scaling of our presence across platforms including Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn. This is a hands-on, full-time position focused on performance marketing, conversion tracking, and digital psychology. This internship runs from September to December 2026.

What you'll do#

• Assist in the setup, launching, and monitoring of paid social campaigns.
• Collaborate with the design team to brainstorm ad concepts based on current trends and performance hooks.
• Draft compelling ad copy tailored to specific audiences and funnel stages.
• Pull weekly performance data to track key metrics such as CTR, ROAS, and CPA.
• Manage experiments on headlines, visuals, and landing pages to optimize conversion rates.

What you'll need#

• Status as a student pursuing a degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
• A digital-native mindset with a strong understanding of platform-specific nuances.
• Analytical skills and comfort working with data to identify performance drivers.
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to create persuasive, engaging copy.
• A strong desire to learn about algorithms and the evolving digital privacy landscape.

Location & details#

• Location: Somerville, Massachusetts (On-site).
• Term: Fall 2026 (September – December).
• Commitment: Full-time (40 hours per week).
• Compensation: Paid position with a bi-weekly salary range of $1,200 – $1,500 USD.
