Event Logistics Intern

About the role#

Formlabs is seeking an Event Logistics Intern to support the Event Marketing Team with tradeshow operations, inventory management, and logistics planning. This full-time, paid internship offers hands-on experience in managing the physical and digital assets required for large-scale events and tradeshows.

What you'll do#

• Take full ownership of reorganizing and optimizing event storage and inventory assets at HQ and the event agency.
• Support event logistics planning, including booth shipping, inventory management, and event setup.
• Collaborate with the fulfillment and facilities teams to align on shipping schedules and event setup requirements.
• Curate, procure, and manage the physical and digital assets used in events.
• Assist Marketing and Sales teams with the logistics of special projects.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, Communications, or Graphic Design.
• Previous record of campus involvement.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Location & details#

• Term: Fall 2026 (August through December 18, 2026).
• Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week).
• Location: On-site in Somerville, Massachusetts.
• Compensation: $1,000—$1,250 USD bi-weekly.
