About the role#
Force Factor is looking for a Sales & Business Development Intern for the summer of 2027. You will support our sales team by identifying growth opportunities within Food, Drug, Mass, and Club retail channels. This is an on-site, paid role that provides hands-on experience and mentorship. You will work on projects that influence our brand and contribute to company growth.
What you'll do#
- Analyze data using Excel, Nielsen, and IRI to find key insights and trends.
- Manage relationships with brokers to ensure clear communication and timely follow-ups.
- Help develop product assortment strategies and design in-store displays.
- Conduct market research on competitors to help maintain our market position.
- Work across departments including Marketing, Supply Chain, and Science & Innovation.
- Observe retail buyer meetings to learn about the sales, pitching, and negotiation process.
- Use Claude to conduct research, draft content, synthesize data, and brainstorm new ideas.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a full-time undergraduate, Masters, or MBA program.
- Students from first-year to seniors, MS, or MBA levels are welcome to apply.
- Ability to balance academic and extracurricular commitments.
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.
- An ownership mentality with self-motivation and an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
- A detail-oriented and results-focused work ethic.

- This internship is based on-site in Boston, Massachusetts or Bentonville, Arkansas.
- The program runs during the Summer of 2027.
- This is a full-time, paid position.
