About the role#
We are looking for an E-Commerce Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This role focuses on using digital and e-commerce tools to support the growth of the Force Factor brand. You will work on projects that influence our brand progress while gaining hands-on experience and mentorship.
What you'll do#
- Perform regular audits of Amazon product display pages to ensure they are accurate and optimized.
- Plan and execute Amazon Prime Day, including training team members and monitoring product pages during the event.
- Analyze competitor performance on platforms like iHerb and Amazon by examining sales data and advertising strategies.
- Maintain and update the product catalog across all websites and marketplaces.
- Join monthly meetings with online retail partners and attend daily internal team huddles.
- Partner with the Digital Marketing team on key projects.
- Use Claude for research, data synthesis, content drafting, and brainstorming.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a full-time undergraduate degree program at an accredited 4-year institution (open to all years).
- Ability to analyze sales data, website metrics, and user behavior using Excel and e-commerce analytics platforms.
- Experience with e-commerce marketplaces is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to balance academic and extracurricular commitments.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, project management, and time management skills.
- A results-oriented approach with an ownership mentality and self-motivation.
- Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship.
- Positions are available on-site in Boston, Massachusetts or Bentonville, Arkansas.
- We do not provide sponsorship for this role.
