About the role#
The MBA Future Leader Internship Program is a full-time summer experience for first-year MBA students. It prepares you for potential leadership roles at Flowserve. You will work on strategic initiatives, operations, and product management projects. This role is a pipeline into the two-year rotational MBA Future Leader Program.
What you'll do#
- Support strategic planning, business transformation, and market assessment.
- Analyze data from supply chain, commercial, and operational areas to find improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to product portfolio and innovation projects.
- Develop business recommendations and present your findings to project sponsors and company leadership.
- Work with stakeholders across different functions and geographies.
- Participate in site visits and customer engagement activities to learn about company operations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a full-time MBA program with a graduation date in Spring 2028.
- An undergraduate degree in engineering, science, business, or supply chain.
- Three to six years of work experience in industrial, operations, supply chain, product management, or commercial roles.
- Demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
- Ability to solve problems and communicate effectively in a cross-functional environment.
- Willingness to travel and relocate for future rotational assignments.
- Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
- Interest in industrial technology and operational excellence.
