About the role#
This Fall Co-Op position in Orangeburg, South Carolina, offers hands-on experience in program management, stakeholder coordination, and data-driven decision-making. Reporting to the Program Management Director, you will support cross-functional initiatives by assisting with the planning, execution, and tracking of programs and projects.
What you'll do#
- Assist program managers in planning, tracking, and executing ongoing initiatives.
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, action items, and risk logs.
- Track program metrics, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
- Prepare meeting agendas, record notes, and follow up on action items.
- Support status reporting, dashboards, and presentations for leadership reviews.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and finance.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and document best practices.
- Perform ad hoc research and analysis to support program decisions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an MBA, MA, or MS program at an accredited university.
- Understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Experience with data analysis or reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools like Teams, SharePoint, Jira, or Asana.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA.
