About the role#
You will support the optimization of supply chain business processes by creating user-friendly digital experiences and communication assets. This role focuses on modernizing supply chain operations through UX design, process improvement, and multimedia storytelling. You will help drive adoption and user satisfaction by creating presentations, product videos, and visual communications that support data-driven decision-making.
What you'll do#
- Design intuitive user interfaces to improve usability and accessibility.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and process maps to support business optimization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into user-centered designs.
- Develop management reporting and performance measures for process improvement initiatives.
- Produce product marketing videos, tutorials, and multimedia content to communicate product value.
- Maintain digital assets and content libraries while following brand standards.
- Present concepts and prototypes to project teams.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program in User Experience Design, Business, Marketing, Media Production, Communications, or a related field.
- Understanding of UX design principles and user-centered design methodologies.
- A portfolio showing UX, graphic design, or video production projects.
- Experience with design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
- Experience with video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
- Strong visual communication and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid 8-month co-op placement.
- The role is fully remote, based in Ontario, Canada.
- Occasional travel to the office may be required, and in-person outings are organized for co-op students.
