    About the role#

    The Compensation Intern works with the Compensation and Total Rewards team to support data analysis, market research, and reporting. You will gain hands-on experience with compensation programs, salary benchmarking, and job evaluations. This role helps ensure accurate and competitive pay practices across the organization.

    What you'll do#

    • Assist with compensation analysis, salary benchmarking, and market pricing activities.
    • Compile and analyze workforce data to support business decisions.
    • Support job evaluations and reviews of job descriptions.
    • Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets for compensation planning.
    • Maintain compensation records while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program for Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
    • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
    • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work well in a team.
    • High attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion.

    • Location: Cincinnati, Ohio (Headquarters).
    • Modality: On-site.
    • Compensation: $20.00 per hour.
    • Status: Full-time, rolling internship.
