About the role#
The Compensation Intern works with the Compensation and Total Rewards team to support data analysis, market research, and reporting. You will gain hands-on experience with compensation programs, salary benchmarking, and job evaluations. This role helps ensure accurate and competitive pay practices across the organization.
What you'll do#
- Assist with compensation analysis, salary benchmarking, and market pricing activities.
- Compile and analyze workforce data to support business decisions.
- Support job evaluations and reviews of job descriptions.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets for compensation planning.
- Maintain compensation records while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program for Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work well in a team.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
