Project Engineer Co-op

About the role#

The Project Engineer Co-op is an entry-level position within the Project Management department. This role offers exposure to the full project lifecycle, from start to close, through hands-on learning experiences in a collaborative environment.

What you'll do#

• Update construction plans using Bluebeam and the electronic document center.
• Post and write Requests for Information (RFIs).
• Document project progress through photos and written executive summaries.
• Communicate with prospective bidders, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Review, track, and process submittals and shop drawings.
• Execute punch lists and assist with job close-out procedures.
• Participate in job site visits, mock bid days, and networking events.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a college degree program for Civil, Mechanical, Environmental, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Tech-savviness with strong computer skills.

• Compensation: This position is paid and includes a monthly housing stipend.
