Maintenance Documentation Internship

About the role#

The Maintenance Documentation Intern plays a critical role in supporting the Sheboygan site by maintaining accurate maintenance data and documentation. This position focuses on the organization of asset records, preventive maintenance schedules, and safety documentation. It is an opportunity to support site operations through detailed administrative work, with no prior maintenance experience required.

What you'll do#

• Enter and maintain maintenance data in the ERP/CMMS, including asset records, calibration data, PM schedules, and calibration certificates.
• File, organize, and retain LOTO forms and related documentation following established procedures.
• Update calibration records and PM data based on information provided by Maintenance and Reliability teams.
• Maintain accurate spare parts and storeroom inventory records with a focus on data entry.
• Generate routine reports to support maintenance data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
• Collaborate with maintenance personnel and supervisors to gather information and resolve discrepancies.
• Support general documentation and archival tasks while maintaining safety awareness.

What you'll need#

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems.
• Experience with data entry, filing systems, or administrative support is preferred.
