About the role#
Findorff is seeking an IT Co-op to join the Information Technology team in Madison, Wisconsin. This role offers hands-on experience supporting the technology systems that power construction operations. You will work alongside experienced professionals to develop technical, analytical, and customer service skills while contributing to meaningful IT initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Assist team members with troubleshooting hardware, software, mobile devices, and network-related issues.
- Support IT operations through user account management, workstation setup, software installations, and equipment inventory.
- Gain exposure to servers, cloud-based applications, networking, and enterprise systems.
- Contribute to cybersecurity initiatives, including security awareness, device compliance, and access management.
- Participate in IT projects designed to improve business efficiency and support operations.
- Utilize platforms such as Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and various ticketing systems.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing an associates or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- A genuine interest in building a career in Information Technology.
