About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity for an Indigenous student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience within the Private Wealth team. You will work alongside Investment Counsellors to assist with administrative and project tasks related to client servicing and portfolio management. This is a learning-focused position for those curious about financial services and eager to explore career paths within the industry.
What you'll do#
- Support administrative tasks related to client servicing, reporting, and account maintenance.
- Prepare client materials, portfolio documentation, and meeting follow-ups.
- Maintain and update client records and contact information within the CRM system.
- Liaise between internal teams, including compliance, accounting, operations, and marketing, to support ongoing initiatives.
- Provide general administrative and ad-hoc support to the Private Wealth team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a bachelor's degree program.
- An interest in learning about investment management or financial services.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Open to Indigenous students or recent graduates from any educational background.
- Collaborative spirit and willingness to take initiative.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

- Term: Fall 2026 (4-month duration).
- Work Modality: Hybrid, with 4 days in-office per week.
