About the role#
The Fidelity Intern Program is a 10-week summer experience for college students. You will support business-critical projects that help meet company needs while gaining exposure to our operations. Throughout the summer, you will participate in weekly events including webinars, community service, and networking opportunities. You will also have access to a structured mentorship program to help you gain a cross-functional understanding of our business units.
What you'll do#
- Support projects that contribute to business needs.
- Work with clients and business partners to ensure delivery of products and services.
- Participate in weekly events, networking, and community service activities.
- Engage with mentors and leaders across different business units.
What you'll need#
- Current college student status with a plan to return to coursework after your previous internship concludes.
- Ability to solve problems and think analytically.
- Strong Excel and data skills for finance-related roles.
- Professional communication skills and a client-focused approach for client relations roles.
- Interest in fields such as Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or Cybersecurity.
