About the role#
We are looking for software engineering interns to join our team for a 10-week summer program. You will design and build technology solutions that help our customers reach their financial goals. This is a full-time, paid position where you will work on active business initiatives alongside experienced technologists.
What you'll do#
- Build software applications and features using modern programming languages, databases, APIs, and front-end technologies.
- Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, including requirements, design, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Write, test, and debug code using modern development tools, automation, and CI/CD practices.
- Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and business partners to solve technical challenges.
- Explore new technologies, including AI tools, and learn how to apply them responsibly.
- Develop your technical and professional skills through mentorship and project work.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A solid understanding of programming fundamentals, object-oriented design, algorithms, and data structures.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Demonstrated interest in software development through coursework, research, or personal projects.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Curiosity and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- You must be a current undergraduate student who plans to return to coursework after the internship.
- Availability for the entire 10-week program.
- Successful completion of a skills assessment in Java or Python is required to progress to the interview stage.

- Locations: Boston, MA; Durham, NC; or Westlake, TX.
- Modality: This is an on-site internship.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Compensation: The base salary range is $28 to $42 per hour, depending on location, experience, and job scope.
