About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to work within the analytical and back-office side of finance at Fidelity. You will work in an individual environment, focusing on data manipulation and financial projects. This is a non-client-facing role that supports teams by providing detailed financial information to help drive business performance.
What you'll do#
- Update financial and statistical information.
- Perform data analysis and financial modeling.
- Automate existing processes and reporting tasks.
- Work with financial data to understand how money moves through the company.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate status with plans to return to coursework after the summer.
- Strong Excel skills, specifically with formulas and pivot tables.
- Experience with data analysis.
- Strong communication, time management, and leadership skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Genuine interest in the analytical side of finance.
- Availability for the full 10-week program from June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027.
- Majors in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Business Administration.

- This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship for Summer 2027.
- Locations: Boston, MA; Merrimack, NH; Smithfield, RI; or Westlake, TX.
